Our Alton practice has moved!

On 1st November we moved to our new purpose built premises just across the road from our previous position

Now with fantastic new purpose built premises, at 36 High Street, located just across the road from our current location we are ready to tackle the 21st century in a modern spacious and fully air conditioned environment, where patients can browse over 600 frames and 100 sunglasses including the latest designer brands such as Prada, Versace, Ray Ban and now Persol as worn by James Bond 007 in Casino Royale. We are tremendously pleased with the result and are sure you will love our new look.

Rawlings recognise that most people need help choosing the right frames and lenses for their prescription and in addition to our huge selection we now have a camera mirror allowing everyone, even those of you with strong prescriptions to clearly see the glasses you choose

This uses the latest webcam technology to freeze an image of you wearing your choice, which can then be viewed when you put your own glasses back on

It can also show the appearance with different lenses to give an accurate image of the finished glasses which is vital given that most people can't see themselves once they take their own glasses off

Coupled with our expert advice on style and fashion of frames we make sure that everyone who comes in gets the perfect choice
